Florin Frunză

Florin graduated in 1995 the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University in Iasi with a bachelor in Machine Engineering Science and Post Graduate Studies in Business Administration. In 2008 he graduated from WU – Vienna the program of Executive Master in Business Administration. Florin has been working for OMV Petrom since 2007, holding the positions of Head of Power Economics within the Power Business Unit, Managing Director of OMV Petrom Wind Power, Director of the Power Business Unit, Director of the Sales, Marketing & Trading Business Unit and Sole Administrator of OMV Petrom Gas. He is responsible for the management and maximization of the natural gas value chain, as well as management of the production and sales of power in OMV Petrom Group. Starting with May 1st, 2019, Florin Frunză is Vice President of Business Development and continues as Sole Administrator of OMV Petrom Gas.
